Come on down and experience a taste of the Lanchester Interactive Archive at Bell Green Library from Monday February 19th to Friday March 9th.

On February 19th from 12:00 – 2:00pm there will be a special introductory session where you can try out some of the augmented reality experiences and find out more about the full exhibition based in Coventry University’s Lanchester Library.

There is no need to book and the session is free, just come along. You can even bring your own phone or tablet and download the free app, but don’t worry if you miss this session, as the pop-up dispay will be available until March 9th.

Tablets and help will be available to try out the experience which showcases the achievements of the remarkable engineer and inventor Frederick Lanchester. From his 1927 hybrid car to flying machines patented in 1907, the augmented reality brings to life these amazing inventions from the designer of the first all-British motor car.
