We’ll be at the next ASE TeachMeet so if you’re a teacher or work with schools then come along. Tickets are free but do book yours now at the Evenbrite page.
What is a TeachMeet?
Anyone can share great ideas they’ve trialled in their classrooms, a teaching resource they love, a great website, a classroom activity – whatever you like! You can ask questions or simply turn up to soak up all the great ideas and enthusiasm. It is about being engaged and inspired by our immediate colleagues and gaining a lot of networking to boot!
What can you do?
You can just come along and be a member of the audience if you like, you can give a 2-4 minute nano-presentation on one of your favourite science teaching ideas, or you can give a 6 a minute micro-presentation on an aspect of classroom science teaching. You don’t have to be an ASE member, just enthusiastic about teaching,
Please sign up in advance and get your ticket so we can organise refreshments.
There will be stands to peruse whilst you are having refreshments (IET, Medical Mavericks, Code Clubs, Breckland Scientific, Timstar, Engineers without Borders…more to be confirmed) and presentations.
