We will be giving an illustrated talk about Frederick Lanchester’s life and works and showing what can be found at the Lanchester Interactive Archive.
Despite creating the first all British motor car in 1895, and holding over 200 patents on flying machines, four wheel drives, turbo chargers, and inflatable buildings etc., Lanchester’s work and life is not well known.
We will also be showing how the archive is brought to life with augmented reality.
